1. Schedule a Tour

We require all families schedule a tour to view our facilities. Tours can be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8-4pm with our admissions director Kendall Cutrell. Call the office at 615.859.1184 ext.120 or complete the form below.

2. Testing (K5-12th Only)

All K5-12th applicants will be given a general learning ability test. A satisfactory minimum score is required; however, the admissions committee reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant with or without cause.

3. Application

Complete an application for each child and return it to the school office. Each application must be accompanied by the non-refundable registration fee and all materials specified in the registration checklist including birth certificate and shot record. Submit additional items: recent standardized test scores, most recent report card, and former administration/counselor recommendation letter.

4. Interview and Final Acceptance

A confidential interview will be scheduled to discuss enrollment. This interview is held with both parents and the prospective student. After the application materials and test results are reviewed by the admissions committee, the principal will notify families concerning acceptance of their student. All students accepted are on academic and disciplinary probation for one year.
